How we use and protect information submitted through our employer enquiry service.
Who handles your information
YellZeal International Administrative Scrivener Office (representative: Yusuke Yoshida; 3874-1 Haneo, Namegawa-machi, Hiki-gun, Saitama, Japan) handles the information submitted through this site. For personal information enquiries, call 0493-59-9578 or use our dedicated enquiry form.
Information collected and its purpose
We use the information you enter, including your company name, contact person, contact details, location, planned headcount, timing and enquiry, to respond, arrange consultations, clarify the scope of an engagement, and consider quotations and contracts. The form records your enquiry and sends an administrative email notification and an automatic acknowledgement. We do not use your information beyond these purposes except where permitted by law.
Information not to send through the initial form
Please do not enter passport or residence card images or numbers, health information, or other sensitive information unnecessary for an initial enquiry. If information is needed for an application or support service, we will clarify the purpose and a suitable method for securely providing it.
Disclosure and service providers
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent except where permitted by law. Where an external service is necessary for our work, we check access permissions and management arrangements within the stated purposes. An employee’s confidential consultation is not automatically shared in full with the employer.
Storage and access
Access to consultation records is limited to personnel who need it for their work. We take measures to prevent disclosure and unauthorized access. Retention is managed according to consultation, contractual and legal needs and reviewed so that unnecessary information is not kept indefinitely.
Analytics and external translation
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and use of our enquiry service. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and enquiry messages are not sent as analytics event data or in page URLs. Using an external automatic translation service sends the public page URL to that service. Enquiry content and screens containing a receipt reference are excluded from external translation.

To request access, correction, cessation of use or other action concerning your personal information, please contact the office above. We will consider the necessary response in accordance with applicable law and identity verification requirements.
