Work-related immigration applications

Prepare for hiring an international student, bringing a candidate from overseas, hiring someone changing jobs or extending a period of stay.

Employer representatives discussing hiring plans

Start with the work the employee will actually do

Eligibility for Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services and other statuses of residence cannot be determined from a job title alone. We review the actual duties, education and work history, employment terms and the company’s business before identifying the relevant procedures.

Confirm the application type and professional fee

The main office website lists professional fees for Certificate of Eligibility, change of status and extension applications from JPY 121,000 each, including tax. We review the case, volume of documents and additional explanations, and distinguish the professional fee from government fees and other expenses. Reviewing a refusal or preparing a new application after a refusal requires separate confirmation of the circumstances and scope.

These services concern immigration procedures and do not include a commitment to introduce candidates. See the fee breakdown and contractual conditions.
