YELLZEAL / EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT

Changing a registered support organization

Review the current agreement, support arrangements and handover so that the proposed change is practical.

Start with what you want to improve

Look beyond the monthly fee. Consider the support provided, the language in which the employee can seek help, communication and visit arrangements. Review the current agreement and identify what a change should improve.

Five things to check first

  • The current outsourcing agreement: term, notice of termination, termination charges, refunds and unpaid fees.
  • The current support plan: support items, responsible persons, languages and the circumstances of each employee.
  • Support records: completed interviews, consultations and daily-life assistance, together with outstanding matters.
  • Explanations for the employee: the new contact, changeover date, information to be shared and communication methods.
  • The timetable: coordinate the end of the existing agreement, the start of the new one and the necessary notifications.

Review the agreement and support plan together

Deciding only on an end date can leave a gap in interviews or access to consultation. We review the existing plan and unfinished matters before confirming what can continue under the new arrangements and when support can begin.

Plan the changeover

Stage What to confirm What the employer prepares
1. Review the current situation Reason for the change, number of employees, workplaces, residences and languages. The agreement, support plan and recent reports.
2. Define scope and costs Delivery methods, initial fees, monthly fees and expenses under the proposed arrangements. The points to compare and preferred timing.
3. Coordinate the agreements Termination conditions and the end and start dates. Communication with the existing organization and internal approval.
4. Handover and employee briefing Ongoing matters, interview schedules and consultation contacts. Necessary records and an explanation for the employee.
5. Notifications and start of support The notifications required by each change, who submits them and the deadlines. Confirmation by the company and retention of submission records.

Keep the employee’s contact route available

Identify ongoing daily-life issues, appointments and the next interview date. Explain the new contact arrangements in a language the employee understands and confirm that the contact route will be available on the changeover date.

Check the notifications for each change

Notifications concerning the support outsourcing agreement and notifications concerning the support plan relate to different changes and forms. Review the termination and conclusion of agreements, changes in support personnel and delivery methods, and any other relevant facts separately. Confirm the responsible submitter and deadline against current official guidance before finalizing the change date.

An agreement with YellZeal does not automatically terminate the previous agreement. We cannot unilaterally change another organization’s contract terms. If a dispute is involved, an appropriate separate consultation route may be necessary.

Agree how the new arrangements should work

Turn concerns such as unclear reports or too many contact points into specific arrangements for communication, reporting and responsibilities. We assess the locations, languages, number of people and available capacity before confirming an engagement. A change does not guarantee lower costs.

Can we consult you before contacting our current organization?

Yes. We can discuss the current agreement and the changes you want to make. The actual handover proceeds after confirming the contractual conditions and the handling of the employee’s information.

Is the monthly fee enough to compare providers?

Compare the support included, initial costs, travel and interpretation expenses, and any costs associated with ending the existing agreement as well.
