We review the actual duties, the person’s background and current status of residence, and the employer’s circumstances before confirming the work we can undertake.

• Registered support for SSW (i) employees: clarify the support plan, who will deliver each item and the employer’s responsibilities.
• Changing a registered support organization: review the existing agreement, costs, handover and necessary notifications.
• Preparing to employ an SSW candidate: coordinate the application, company documents, living arrangements and the start of support.
• Work-related immigration applications: prepare for hiring an international student, bringing a candidate from overseas, hiring someone changing jobs or extending a period of stay.

Fees and the scope of your engagement

Your initial consultation is free for up to 30 minutes. We listen to your current situation and concerns, then explain whether we can assist, the next steps, relevant procedures and an overview of the fees. Document preparation, research, applications, notifications and other actual work are charged separately. We explain the scope and fees before work begins. There is no obligation to formally engage our services after the consultation. Professional fees for a Certificate of Eligibility application, a change of status application or an extension of the period of stay start at JPY 121,000 each, including tax. These are the office’s professional fees; government fees and other expenses are considered separately.

Published monthly support plans start at JPY 16,500 for Light, JPY 27,500 for Standard and JPY 38,500 for Full Support, per person, including tax. Initial support, the work included, expenses and contractual terms are confirmed in the quotation and agreement. Immigration application work is charged separately from support. Confirm the team and language arrangements before engagement

The languages listed in the official register are distinct from the arrangements available for a particular engagement. We confirm the person responsible, interpretation arrangements, locations and dates for visits, emergency contact arrangements, and the number of people and fields we can support. Website display languages and automatic translation do not establish the languages available for practical support.

Clear responsibilities from the start

Immigration application work and ongoing registered support have different scopes, fees and periods of engagement. Registration as a support organization is not a licence to operate an employment placement business. These services do not include a commitment to introduce candidates. Labour and social insurance matters, tax matters and disputes may need to be directed to an appropriate adviser within that adviser’s professional scope.

Approval and processing times are determined through the relevant procedures and cannot be guaranteed. We confirm the service scope, responsibilities and terms with you before engagement.
